Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Next-Day Shipping

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (SAST) qualify for next-business-day delivery. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship nationwide across South Africa. If you are located in a remote area, delivery may take slightly longer than the estimated timeframe.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
